We take pride in our work, so the quality of the product that we install is extremely important to us. We expect everyone we install or build for to write a nice 5-star review for us after we complete the job. We do everything the way that it is supposed to be done.
See it first
Before a single post is set, we lay out your fence with string lines so you can walk your property and see exactly where the fence is going.
Our customers may look at the string where the fence is going and decide that it needs to be moved in one direction or the other. It is very easy to make changes while the location of the fence is just stringed off - and the changes do not cost the customer anything.
If the builder did not string off the job and just started building, it would cost the customer a lot of money to make changes to the layout at that point. Stringing off first keeps changes free, fast, and completely up to you.

You know exactly where every run of your new fence sits before we dig the first hole - and you can change it until it feels right.
Preview first
We build one section in the beginning to show our customers what their entire fence is going to look like - so any change is easy before we continue building the entire fence.
At that point, if we get your approval, we continue to build the entire job.
If you decide to add a top, middle, or bottom trim board for appeal, it is very easy to do since we have only built one section.
We know our customers continuously make changes to their fences while we are building them. We build with that in mind so you get the product you want - without it costing a fortune to change.

Coverage that counts
Most companies hide real coverage behind “acts of nature.” We don’t. Ours actually covers something real.
Most companies tell you they warranty their fences, excluding any acts of nature or some will say acts of God. They make you think you are getting a good warranty when, in fact, you are getting no warranty. They consider the following to be acts of nature:
They all consider those things acts of God or nature, so they will not cover them from the day the job is completed. Plenty of companies advertise a “lifetime warranty” minus the acts of God or nature - which pretty much leaves you with no warranty at all. They are basically fooling people into thinking they are getting an awesome warranty when they are getting none.

If something we did - or didn’t do - fails within the first year, we make it right. That is what a warranty is supposed to mean.
